Can the mechanic come to me?
Yes. When you choose the time, pick “at my address” and enter where the car is. The workshop confirms before anyone travels.
What if I am not sure what the car needs?
Choose General service for a full check-up, or ask the car assistant to describe what you hear or see. It will point you to a real mechanic when it matters.
What happens after I send the request?
The workshop confirms the booking, or suggests another time. You see the status in My bookings, and you are told when work starts and when it is done.
What if my car has broken down right now?
Use Breakdown help. It sends your location so the nearest verified towing or mobile mechanic can accept your request.
Can I see workshops near me on a map?
Yes, the nearby map is included with a subscription. Without it you can still choose a workshop from the list and book.
