How do I know a product is genuine?
Scan the QR label on the Check page. A green result means the label came from a verified supplier batch. If it says be careful, do not use the product and report it to the shop.
Who do I pay for a service?
You pay the workshop or supplier directly. Carveely does not take your money for the work; businesses pay Carveely a commission.
How does breakdown help work?
Press SOS, allow your location, and nearby verified providers see your request. Call 112 first if anyone is in danger.
Is the assistant a mechanic?
No. It gives general guidance and tells you to see a mechanic for anything serious or unsafe.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support for now. Self-service export and deletion are coming.
